The Hacking and Cyber Security Club (HACC), formerly the Information Assurance Student Group, is part of the Center for Cybersecurity Innovation & Outreach at Iowa State University. We hold weekly meetings on cyber security topics—conference-style presentations on hacking, exploits, recent vulnerabilities, webapp security, and related subjects such as radio, operating systems, and networking.

We often feature guest speakers from the security field, and we welcome introductory-level talks for members who are curious about security without an extensive background in building information systems.
